This was my first ever illustration, back when I was starting to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator. It is a tribute to Ben Harper, one of my favorite musicians, and it reflects his style and uniqueness. The pattern on the background was inspired by the Maori tattoo on his back, which is one of his trademarks. Although I know that, if I were to redo this project nowadays, it would turn out very differently, I'm still really proud of it and I truly enjoy thinking about how much I have grown as a Graphic Designer, and how much I'm still going to evolve.
